Cancellation & Refund Policy

Seller Listing Fee

Vehicle sellers may be required to pay a listing fee, currently ₹99 or such revised amount as determined by Ottodeals from time to time, for publishing vehicle listings on the Platform.

The seller listing fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to voluntary cancellation of listing, change of mind, vehicle sale outside the Platform, rejection of listing, inactivity, or dissatisfaction with Platform performance.

Ottodeals does not guarantee lead generation, dealer interest, vehicle sale, or successful transactions against payment of listing fees.

Dealer Lead Purchase Fee

Registered dealers may purchase seller contact information through paid lead unlocking services offered on Ottodeals.

Dealer payments grant limited access to seller contact details only and do not guarantee seller response, vehicle availability, successful purchase, deal closure, vehicle quality, pricing accuracy, or transaction success.

Replacement Lead Policy

If a seller does not answer calls or remains unreachable after reasonable contact attempts, Ottodeals may, at its sole discretion, provide one replacement lead to the dealer after review.

If a seller contact number appears invalid, incorrect, or non-functional, Ottodeals may first conduct a manual review and verification process. Upon successful verification that the issue is genuine, Ottodeals may provide one replacement lead.

If a vehicle has already been sold by the seller before dealer contact or shortly after listing, Ottodeals may provide one replacement lead, subject to internal review and verification.

If a dealer purchases a lead previously accessed or unlocked by the same dealer account, such purchase shall be treated as a valid completed transaction and no refund or replacement shall be provided.

Refund Restrictions

Except where expressly provided in this Policy, payments made on Ottodeals are generally non-refundable.

Ottodeals shall not be responsible for dealer dissatisfaction arising from seller non-cooperation, negotiation failure, vehicle condition, pricing disputes, ownership disputes, seller behavior, unsuccessful transactions, dealer decision-making, or any issue occurring after seller contact information has been shared.

Refunds shall not be granted for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, dealer inactivity, inability to close a deal, vehicle mismatch, disagreement on price, delayed response from seller, or dissatisfaction with transaction outcomes.

Cancellation Policy

Once a listing fee or dealer lead fee payment is successfully completed, cancellation of the transaction may not be permitted except where explicitly approved by Ottodeals at its sole discretion.

Ottodeals reserves the right to cancel suspicious, fraudulent, duplicate, abusive, or technically failed transactions and may issue credits, replacements, or refunds where reasonably necessary.

Payment Gateway & Processing

Payments on Ottodeals may be processed through third-party payment gateway providers, including PhonePe Payment Gateway or any future provider introduced, replaced, modified, or discontinued by Ottodeals at its sole discretion.

Refund timelines, if approved in exceptional circumstances, may depend upon payment gateway processing timelines, banking systems, UPI providers, or financial institutions.

Abuse Prevention

Ottodeals reserves the right to deny refunds, replacement leads, credits, or claims where fraudulent behavior, misuse, false complaints, repeated abuse, manipulation, chargeback misuse, or suspicious conduct is suspected.

Policy Changes

Ottodeals reserves the right to revise, modify, suspend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
